Jesus Centre Goa is founded by Adv. J. S. Rebello alias Sandy Rebello under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is a lay organisation working in collaboration and obedience to the Church. The Lord Jesus Christ as a Corner Stone is dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom to the whole world.

Jesus Centre was initiated through a call on 11th March, 2004 and was blessed and inaugurated on 16th April, 2006 by late Fr. Antimo Gomes the then Parish Priest of Mary Immaculate Church, Panjim. In accordance with the Second Vatican Council’s teaching and the Code of Canon Law 1983, Can. 215, 298 §.1 CIC’83, an Association of Christ’s Faithful named as Jesus Centre Association is formed on 16th December, 2013 for the purpose of promoting the spiritual growth, serve charitable and pious purposes, and foster the Christian vocation in the world as provided under the Canon Law.
